Placing an order
You can order products in the web store by placing products in the shopping basket and paying for them in the web store’s checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information given when placing the order is not used for anything else but delivery of the order and for resolving issues with the order.
When ordering from our web store you are expected to have acquainted yourself and committed yourself to the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase.
Paying for your order
The payment service between vendors and consumers is offered by Checkout Finland Oy (Company registration number 2196606-6) in co-operation with banks and credit institutions. You as a consumer are not required to register or pay extra costs for using the payment service. Checkout is a secure payment method for you. The service is an authorized payment institution supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA).
The Checkout Finland payment service will forward your payment to the merchant. If Checkout Finland Oy appears on your statement or credit card invoice, we have forwarded your payment. All data transfer and money transactions are SSL secured meaning that no external party can see your personal information.
Online Bank Payments
You can pay for your order using any of the online payment buttons of Finnish banks, including the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. When you are using the online bank codes provided by your own bank and you want to pay for your purchase, you will be redirected for a while to your own online bank where you can pay for your order directly from your bank account. The account statement shows Checkout Finland Oy as the recipient for the payment, which forwards your payment to the online merchant.
Paying with a credit or debit card is always easy and safe in our web store. You can pay with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. The card invoice statement shows Checkout Finland Oy as the recipient for the payment, which forwards your payment to the online merchant. During the transaction, all card information will be handled through a secure connection. Card numbers are not recorded in Checkout Finland’s or the webstore’s systems.
Our web store offers easy and secure mobile payments. Pivo-app, MobilePay and Siirto-app are services, with which you can pay for online purchases by bank transfer from your account or by card payment from your card by accepting the payment in that application. Customers of all Finnish banks can use Pivo. By default, the payment will be debited from your bank account (OP Bank’s customers) or from the card that you have added to your Pivo-app (customers of other banks). Siirto-payments can be made via Nordea’s Siirto-app, Pivo-app and with OP-Mobile. The payment will be debited from the bank account you have saved in your Siirto-app.
Payment by Invoice or Part Payment
Invoice services through Checkout are provided by OP, Collector, Jousto and Afterpay. Collector offers invoice and installment options for corporate customers. You can find more information about the terms and conditions of invoice and installment services on the Checkout Finland website.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Orders are confirmed by email, stating the price of the order, delivery costs and the ordered products. To be able to receive order and payment confirmation emails you are required to fill in your email address when placing an order.
Delivery and costs
The delivery costs will be stated after you have chosen a payment and delivery method. We deliver orders as registered or unregistered mail, of which registered mail is trackable with a tracking code. Shipping costs include postage and packaging. You can also pick up your order free of charge from Bonmarks Oy's storage in Lauttasaari, Helsinki on weekdays from 10 am to 4 pm. We hand over the order to the customer against order confirmation.

Orders are delivered via the Posti service. The price of deliveries in Finland is 5.90 € / delivery. In addition, you can choose DHL Express home delivery at a price of € 9.90 / delivery. In addition to DHL, we deliver abroad via GLS. The price of orders delivered abroad is determined when the order is completed.
Our usual delivery times within Finland are 2-5 days depending on the order and delivery method. More specific delivery times will be stated on the product pages. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by force majeure or any damage due to delayed delivery. We will notify our customers of any exceptions in delivery times on the front page of our web store.
Terms for product exchanges and returns
Bonmarks Oy operates as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the statutory and other obligations related to the transaction.
You have a legal right according to the consumer protection law of Finland to exchange products or return your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return is only applicable to unused, re-sellable products in their original packing.
Discounted products also have a right of exchange, but no right of return. If you want to change the discounted product, please contact the address email@example.com in advance.
We agreed on the postage costs incurred before the exchange. In matters related to the exchange, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org directly. We generally respond to customer messages on weekdays from 9 am to 4 pm.
The customer is responsible for paying the refund. The return fee is € 5.90. The return cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
The customer fills in the returned products using the “Return Form” of the Bonmarks online store based on the order number and e-mail address. Please note that refunds received without an electronically completed return notification will be rejected.
Carefully pack your returns in their original packaging. The product can be returned via Posti with the return code "636308" and delivered to the Posti service point or Posti Parcel Locker. When returning a delivered order, include the return part of the shipping list, including your order number, name and contact information.
When returning an order, you as the customer have a financial responsibility for the arrival of the consignment at Bonmarks Oy's office. Keep the post office receipt for the return until we have received and registered your return.
NB! When returning from abroad, use local parcel delivery services. The customer is responsible for paying the refund.The service provider will charge you for transporting the package back to our online store.
IIn addition, you can return products purchased from the online store free of charge to Bonmarks Oy's storage in Lauttasaari, Helsinki on weekdays from 10 am to 4 pm.

Please bring the order confirmation you received in your email with your purchase and any proof of payment. The shipping list included in the package is not valid as proof of payment.
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the refund is accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your account upon receipt and processing of the refund. Upon receipt of the refund, we will refund the value of the refund to you immediately or at least within 21 days of receiving the refund for processing.
Payment will be refunded using the payment method you used to place your order. The return cost of € 5.90 will be deducted from the refundable amount.
In case your order has gone missing, has been damaged during delivery or you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, you are required to notify the relevant party or parties stated in the terms and conditions within 14 days. If the order has been damaged during delivery, a complaint must be filed with the carrier company immediately.
