Name of the register
Bonmarks Oy's e-commerce customer register.
Purpose of processing personal data
Personal data is processed in connection with orders, invoicing, contacts, marketing, service development and other measures related to the management of the online store in accordance with the data protection principles.
Bonmarks Oy processes personal data itself. Due to the technical implementation of data processing, some of the data may be held by Bonmarks Oy's subcontractors. Bonmarks Ltd ensures that these parties process the data in accordance with the GDPR.
The processing of personal data takes into account the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation applicable from 25 May 2018.
Data content of the register
Customer's first and last name, customer number, address details, telephone number, gender, email address, registered company or contact details, website address, language, information on marketing authorisations and prohibitions.
Information on customer purchases and discounts.
Username and password.
Regular sources of information
As a rule, personal data is collected from the data subject. In addition, Bonmarks Ltd may receive data from public authorities, contact information service providers and other similar reliable parties.
Regular disclosures of data
Bonmarks Oy does not disclose the information in the customer register to third parties.
However, Bonmarks Oy may disclose customer information to authorities within the limits permitted and required by applicable law.
Transferring data outside the EU or the European Economic Area
The data will not be disclosed outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
Use of cookies
Bonmarks Oy uses cookies in the online store to track visitor traffic and improve the quality of service.
Principles of register protection and storage
The customer register is treated confidentially. The register is adequately protected from third parties by firewalls, passwords and other technical protection measures.
The register is not kept in hard copy. Bonmarks Oy will retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is collected. Personal data in the customer and marketing register will be deleted when the data used is identified as obsolete or unobtainable. The necessity of data retention will be regularly assessed, taking into account applicable legislation.
The register is used only by persons whose job description includes its use. Each user of the register has a personal username and password. Users are bound by confidentiality.
Updating data
You can update your name and address information in the My details section of the online shop. Other information can be updated by contacting the webshop administrator.
When we make changes to this leaflet, we will indicate the date of the update. An up-to-date version of this policy is available in the customer service section of Bonmarks Ltd's online shop and at the address indicated in the policy on request.
